The location of this place is fantastic, with a night market and a regular market nearby, and I also enjoyed going to a nearby center for some drinks after a long day.

The price was fine. That's about it.
There was no phone number to reach the front desk. They gave out payment receipts from a different hotel name. Not easy to find because there was no sign at all.

For us, it was ideal.

Khaosan Holiday is a great budget option fir travelers in Bangkok. My friend and I moved over here after spending a few days in a nice (much more expensive) hotel in the Sukhumvit area. This guesthouse really benefits from its location. It is on an alley right off of Khao San Road which gives it great location but at the same time is far enough away from the insanity that you will have a a much better chance of getting some sleep at night (there is still a little noise but nothing that can't be drowned out by headphones set at low volume). The rooms are clean and cheap and the staff is helpful (they were happy to make dinner reservations and write out directions in Thai for me).
The only thing that could be better is if there were more than one electrical outlet in the bedrooms... But there are plenty of areas to plug your stuff in downstairs (which is where you need to go if you plan on using the wireless, as it only works downstairs).

The hotel is cheap and cheerful. Hotel staff very helpful and always ready to make assist with any extras you may need. Location was excellent in the heart of all the buzz but down a little alley so I was able to get some sleep despite all the partying on kohsaon rd. Room small but clean with ac, tv and mini fridge.
Only negative, was the shower. Bathroom tiny and no real shower just a nozzle thing and it's right in front of the toilet. Toilet and shower space together is about 1m2. And their version of hot eater isn't the same as mine. Lucky it was hot enough to not need hot water.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was great. Situated in a small alley just off the bustling Khaosan Road, it was right in the heart of the action. Despite being in such a happening area, the hotel itself was tucked away, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the room was basic but cozy, with a large bed that provided a good night's rest. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again!
Everything was just fine; no complaints at all.

If you are a back packer this may be for you but unfortunatley do not expect anything, firstly even with directions taxi driver could not find hotel, when we were dropped off someone came from hotel ( no help with luggage) when we finally made it through various alleyways it got worse,no lift!! Once in room ( condsidering we booked a suite)speechless, as bed as a mattress on floor, shower was in toliet behind door & just a shower head!! To be honest I could go on but will leave it there. We went out to have something to eat came back & booked straight out, I have never ever done this at any place I have stopped at before.

This hotel is situated in a very good area, right in the heart of the action on a happening street just off Khao San Road. The location is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Bangkok. The staff are lovely and provide a friendly and helpful service. The rooms, although basic, are clean and equipped with a large bed. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for money option. The breakfast provided is also a nice touch, ensuring guests start their day off right.
All was ok, but the rooms could benefit from a thorough cleaning, especially the walls.

Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. the location was particularly good, near a second-class royal monastery. - Was set in a 10-minute walk to downtown, and the workers were fairly friendly.

It's really close to Khaosan road and you always know where to go in the evening to have fun. And it's not far from some sights.
No wi-fi in rooms.
